Goodbye September!

Lack of sleep has left me feeling a bit unintelligent lately, so instead of a wordy post, I'll leave you with a  few pictures of some things that have been occupying my time.

My Maple Leaf Rag - halfway there!

Vanadium Cardigan - actually finished back in July, but I've forgotten to show it off here. So soft!

My Wispy Cardigan. This little sweater took FOREVER!

My Coastal Hoodie in progress - my first stripes!

And this sweet little girl. I can hardly believe she's already 13 weeks old!

Happy First of October everyone!

  1. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that quilt!! I fell in love with it when you first showed off the pieces to it, I love it even more now that it's coming together. So gorgeous! Where did you say that idea/pattern came from again?

I also really love that cardigan, and the top you are wearing underneath it is really cool too!

And of course that gorgeous little girl of yours! I never tire of seeing sweet squishy little baby cheeks :) My youngest turns 1 today, I can't believe how fast the time has just flown by!

  3. wow, you're maple leaf rag is outstanding. You're making me want to ditch my fleece and return to real sweaters with all your beautiful knitting...it's just that all the rain in Vancouver leaves a sweater-clad person smelling a bit like a soggy lamb.

    Your wee one is adorable!!!

  9. I just finished a Wispy cardigan and I totally agree--takes forever in laceweight yarn. But I'm enjoying mine quite a bit! The quilt is beautiful.
